A complete business system for Ecobox Africa, a maker of smart prefabricated homes. It takes every project from first enquiry to handover: quotations, a payment plan, stage invoices, payments and reporting — everything in one place.
The problem.
Ecobox builds modular homes that are paid for in stages. Quotations, invoices and project progress lived in separate documents, so it was hard to see what had been invoiced, what had been paid and what was due next.
What we built.
A desktop system built around how Ecobox works. An accepted quotation becomes the project’s payment plan, each stage is invoiced with one click, and every payment is recorded against it. The team sees each build’s stage, value and outstanding balance at a glance.
